Art Requirements for Screenprinting.
The requirements listed below are only suggestions. We can still accomodate you, even if the art is not ideal.
Please follow the instructions below. If you need help creating art, please contact us.

* Preferred file Formats are VECTOR ART in .eps or .ai.
* All fonts should be converted to outlines.
* All colors should be converted to spot colors with correct Pantone numbers.
* Let us know the dimensions of your logo, so that we can size it correctly.
* Compress large files (over 10 MB) using Stuff-it.

Applications Accepted:
* ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR - our preferred file format. Create outlines for fonts.
* FREEHAND - Convert text to paths. Save as .eps.
* COREL DRAW - Convert text to paths. Save as .ai file.
* ADOBE PHOTOSHOP - Should be used only for photographic images, not great for   type or logos.
* NOTE: Placing a scanned image (or an image created in another program) into an   Illustrator file does not make the file a vector image.

Applications NOT Accepted:
The following programs do not allow us to create proper separations:
POWERPOINT , EXCEL, PAINT, WORD or any word processing program.

Sending Artwork:
* We can accept e-mailed artwork, CDs, DVDs, 3.5” floppy, ZIP disk or
  mailed black and white camera ready artwork or film positive.
* Please send camera-ready artwork to info@madisongraphics.com.
  Please reference your Company/Group name in the subject line of the e-mail.

Do not be discouraged if your art does not fit these guidelines. We always help our customers create their artwork and have never turned down a job do to lack of good art. Whether you are starting with an pencil sketch or an idea in your head, we will work with you until you are completely satisfied with your design.
